Waterfield Construction possess a wealth of experience in building maintenance provisions to home owners, commercial offices and Stata Management organisations. Depending on the size of your project, we can provide a comprehensive quote, or, for smaller jobs, we can offer you an hourly rate for our qualified tradespeople.
We have recently completed maintenance projects with several Strata Management organisations. Some of our clients have included Pier at Waterfront (Newstead), Strata Care Australia, Bayside Element (Deception Bay), The Grosvenor Apartments (South Bank) and The Green Apartments – Jade and Eden Buildings (Bowen Hills). With each project, we have delivered on time, on budget and exceeded our clients’ expectations.
